Our rates are per person per day or per package and include the 3/4 board as well as all services. The local tax of €3.50 per person (from 14 years) is charged separately.

For guests aged 14 and over, the tax is €3.50 per night and is charged separately.

If you book bed and breakfast, €8.00 per person per day will be deducted from the 3/4 board rate.

Discounts apply only when sharing a room with two full-paying adults:
- up to 3 years 60%
- up to 8 years 40%
- up to 12 years 30%
- up to 15 years 25%
- from 16 years 20%

We are happy to accommodate allergies such as lactose intolerance or coeliac disease for an additional €10.00 per day. Vegan cuisine is not available.

Yes, we offer transfers from Franzensfeste/Fortezza station for €40.00 per journey.

Yes, the surcharge is €199.00 per room.

Yes, a supplement of €55.00 per day applies for single occupancy in Alpenrose or Edelweiss rooms.

Garage parking is included, except when booking the Alpenrose room.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel and in all rooms in accordance with Italian law.

Dogs are allowed on request. They are not permitted in the bar, restaurant or wellness area. Cost: €30.00 per day (without food), only in selected room categories.

Reservations are made by room category, not by specific room or floor. Specific tables cannot be guaranteed. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
