For over 30 years, Sonja and Oskar have been running Hotel Edelweiss with great passion and authentic South Tyrolean hospitality. From the very beginning, their goal has been to create a place where guests feel at home from the moment they arrive – a place with a warm, family atmosphere, delicious cuisine featuring South Tyrolean specialties, and an exquisite selection of wines.
Today, the next generation is helping to shape the family business. Their sons, Armin and Simon, bring their own ideas and enthusiasm for the hotel industry to the house. Armin works in service with great dedication, ensuring that guests have everything they need. His girlfriend Anna manages the beauty area, creating a sanctuary of peace and relaxation with soothing treatments. Simon works at the reception, attentively taking care of all guest requests. He is supported by his girlfriend Johanna, who also works at the reception and contributes to the special ambiance of the hotel with her heartfelt manner.
